machine tool at state level.
The corporation has introduced latest technologies
from overseas and takes advantage of its years'
experience in manufacture of numerically-controlled
machine tool, focusing on high rigidity, high accuracy,
high efficiency and pleasing configuration on the
frame design. The main products include S-CNC6132
series and S-CNC6135 series numerically-controlled
machine tools, which are provided with imported
high-speed angular contact bearings as the main
bearings, permanent lubricating grease and stepless
speed control by frequency variation. Hybrid step
motor and AC servo motor has been adopted for the
feeding system. With regard to clamping, elastic
pneumatic lock and geared scroll chuck are optional.Besides
electric blade carrier, cutter rows and pushing
unit, an automatic feeding mechanism is also available
for your choice. Constant processing can be realized
for bar stocks (or shaped) below φ40mm. The machine
tools, which can be custom-made, feature high efficiency,
adaptability and convenience.
